GMs with strong leadership experience in managing or supervising a team in a fast-paced working environment. Must have strong customer service, communication, written, and organizational skills. Having extensive knowledge of the ice skating industry, rink operations, productions and/or competitions is preferred. The GM acts as an Ice-America representative and must have the ability to maintain client relationships. Responsible for eliminating safety hazards, driving sales, reducing controllable expenses, scheduling, and the day-to-day operations of a temporary holiday ice skating event.  Oversee all aspects of the cash register operations, daily banking, and nightly reconciliation following Ice-America policies and procedures. Having proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.  Compensation dependent upon experience.

Ice Technicians with experience in ice maintenance, ice resurfacing, skate sharpening, and mechanical skills.  Having knowledge of refrigeration is helpful.  Candidates will need to be self-motivated, have a strong sense of urgency, and possess the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills are required.  Ice Tech will be responsible for day-to-day ice maintenance, resurfacing and following Ice-America reporting policies. Having general carpentry skills is a bonus. Compensation dependent upon experience.

Techs for portable ice rink installations and removals. Approximately 1-2 weeks on each project. Must have experience or knowledge in ice rink installation for ice rink floors, glycol charging, chiller hook up, and dasher board installation. Having general carpentry skills is a bonus.  Compensation dependent upon experience.

Experienced Figure/Hockey Skaters, 16yrs & older. Applicants MUST be trained skaters, have their own skates and the ability to skate up to six hours per day. Your resume MUST include your ice skating background to be considered. This is an ON ICE position. Must have strong customer service skills. Duties require helping customers on and off the ice while making sure everyone is skating safely. Compensation starting: minimum wage

16 yrs and older. Duties of the position include: monitoring on-ice safety and ensuring all patrons are following the Skater Code of Conduct, passing out and re-shelving skates in the Rental Skate area, assisting in the Office as required, working the Greeter/Waiver stand as required, assisting patrons in the Skate Lace Area, assisting with ice maintenance as required, cleaning as required, and other duties as assigned by the manager and assistant managers. Compensation starting: minimum wage.

18 yrs and older. Applicants must have extensive cash handling and strong customer service skills. Duties include: handling cash/credit card transaction on a register/ POS system in a fast-paced environment, managing a cash drawer, interacting with customers daily and being able to offer solutions to every customer’s needs. Not required to skate. Compensation starting: minimum wage.
